Tuna and cheese melt from Costa coffee on 15/3/19 gave me the worst food poisoning of my life. Was laid up for 36 hours and have physical damage to a tract in my stomach from the strain of vomiting violently for so long. I'm never eating in any Costa again. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
