Mango Salsa Illness Suspected - Costa Vida, South Jordan Utah

I ate around 6 PM on Tuesday, July 23 with three friends. I had the pork salad with mango salsa. I asked my friends if they got sick and they said no. The only thing that I can think of that I had but they did not is the mango salsa and possibly the queso. I woke up this morning with a stomachache and chills and around 10/1030 I barfed my guts out. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Stomach Pain
