“combo pizza Husband ate about 2 slices of combo pizza plus 2 pepperoni in about less than one hour. I ate 3 slices of combo pizza in between time span of 3 hours. He got diarrhea in about an hour after eating the pizza. I got diarrhea about one hour... after eating 2 slices of combo back to back. Somewhat sharp abdominal pain followed by diarrhea. ”
“Pizza My wife and I ate one slice of combo pizza each, and we developed exactly the same symptom. And that was the only meal we had together that day. From the vomiting outcome it was obvious that the pizza was the culprit. 5 or more employees who ate raw tuna got sick with different severities while none of the employees who did not eat raw tuna got sick.
Symptoms started the morning after and escalated throughout the day. Serial vomiting up to 6 times,... dry heaving, fever, GI distress, limited diarrhea are reported by employees. ”
“Ate a taco and a veggie tostada which were served with lettuce, cream, and cheese around 8pm. Experienced the worst poisoning of my life due to the complete negligence of the staff in serving unrefrigerated and/or old food. Pretty much lived at the toilet the entire night and puked absolutely... everything in the morning. I’m still out of commission and feel I will be for the next few days. Two others who accompanied experienced similar symptoms throughout the night. AVOID this place at all costs, DO NOT risk catching a nightmare at this place because of their lack of sanitation and care. ”
“Either the peri salted chips or the chicken wrap Just me, and I started having a fever & feeling really hot whilst in the restaurant. Left restaurant and started having belly pains. Was in the cinema when it started getting worse & I had the urge for flatulence / go... to the toilet and since having gone the toilet (which was not pretty) I need to go every 15 mins or so plus continued flatulence ”
“Bought 5 Mangoes Sunday 9th Feb... at night we ate 2 big mangoes purchsed from Markey ,between 4 persons, x 2 adults and 2 kids ages 6 and 4, within 12 hours severe vomiting and diarrea occurred along side major stomach cramps , temps at around 38 to 39...occurred in... 3 persons that ate majority of the mangoes....still (Tuesday 11th Feb they are still very unwell and will be taken to hospital as diarrhea and major cramps are still present alongside with vomiting.) ”
“My father and his two friends got food from there. All three got sick (nausea, vomiting, cramps, diahrrea about an hour after eating. The friends got better after a few days, but dad got worse.
Over time he was vomiting everything he ate and could only handle fluids.... Over the next few weeks he had the following: Increased abdominal pain, diahrrea, vomiting, dehydration, lethargy.
Dad kept getting worse, he thought It might be stomach flu, but I didn't. Dad missed Doctor's appointments (he's on dialysis) on and off, for about a month. He got so sick he missed 2 appointments in a row and hadn't had dialasys for 5 days - which is VERY BAD.
With his dialasis, he sometimes got sick after, but this was different. He was literally screaming in pain and delerious.
They took him away in an ambulance, screaming in agony. He stayed in hospiral 11 days.
Turned out he had an abdominal obstruction and severe inflammation and infection, caused by.....severe food poisoning. They put him on an I.V, had to sedate him, give him strong pain meds, shoved a tube up his nose and into his bowrls. They drained several LITERS of infected fluid from his intestines. They told me that if he'd waited one more day, he'd have died. Died.
This all goes back to the day he went to there. They have always been crappy; missing more thsn one item, wrong change and more than once my hamburger or egg mcmuffin was ice cold and so stale, it seemed like it was in the first stages of rigor mortis. Plus the fries were burned more than once and I'd gotten attitude (from regular staff, not the msnagers) whenever I had to go back and fix the issue (I'd stopped going there way before my dad got sick).
I don't know if any others have suffered food poisoning and/or dysentery at the hands of this particular reasturant, but I wouldn't be surprised.
But, after ALL THIS, nobody I know will even go near that place again!!! ”
“On Wednesday 29th January, I ate for lunch (12PM): chicken thigh, pasta, kale, broccoli and sweet potato, with parsley pesto dressing. I started getting mild stomach cramps in the late afternoon. Mild nausea developed at 6PM and diarrhea began at 6.30PM. Fever started at 8PM and my temperature peaked at... 11PM (39.6'C). Over the next 24 hours, the diarrhea has intensified (been to the toilet 12+ times) and so has the nausea, and I am still experiencing stomach cramps, although the fever subsided around 2PM on the 30th January. ”
