Bought a pack of zucchini from the produce section. About 4 days later I baked a chocolate zucchini bread. It was the only thing I ate that day, myself my bf and a coworker all had some. All 3 of us developed severe stomach pain, fallowed by vomitting,diarrhea, cold sweats and aching pain in the body within hours of consuming. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
