Had a Costco hot dog with relish, mustard and ketchup, and a small ice cream cup mid afternoon yesterday. Around 9pm suddenly was hit with abdominal cramps, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. No fever. Am better this morning. Yuck. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Cramps
