We purchased salmon from Costco within the past few months and put it in the freezer. We also purchased eggs within the past two weeks. Both of these were used to make salmon patties. I used Hass avocados from the Giant Eagle as well. Given the fact that I have eaten several more avocados from that batch without incident (bought ten) and I have had eggs before and since then, I suspect it was the fish.My daughter only ate two bites of fish before declaring she didn’t like it. She ate a lot of avocado. That night she had mild diarrhea, as well as the next day. I ate the rest of the fish, and very little avocado. I became violently ill that evening and was trapped in the bathroom for at least three hours. I was mildly ill the next day. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
