Spinach Tortellini Illness Alert - Costco, West Springfield Massachusetts

On Sunday, December 6, 2025 after eating the Kirkland organic spinach and cheese tortellini’s. I had stomach issues after eating a few of them on Saturday, December 5, but did not make the connection at the time. The following day, on Sunday, December 6, I didn’t seem to be having any problems and by late afternoon I thought it was safe to eat some thing and figured I would have some boiledtortellini’s and water like a soup for my dinner. These tortellini‘s were the only thing I had eaten so far that day because I had been concerned over the stomach issues from the night before that had caused me to stay in. I had more than just a few, as I was then hungry and it was dinner time, however, over the next few hours, I became violently ill with horrible stomach pains, nausea, a headache, vomiting and diarrhea. It was a horrific night and I think they need to be recalled. | Symptoms: Stomach Pain, Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
