I was poisoned, from eating costco Veggies Made Great: Frozen Spinach Egg White "Frittata". Purchased Thursday Jan 4, 2024. Eaten on both: Mon Jan 8, 2024 & Tue Jan 9, 2024. Both days eaten after cooking covered in microwave for 3 minutes rather than per cooking instructions to only cook for 45 seconds. On Mon Jan 8, had sudden nausea & diarrhea which were both over within about two hours. On Tue Jan 9 had diarrhea, nausea, & stiff neck that lasted most of the day and thru the night. Hope I feel better if only I could fall asleep… | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea
