February 13, Hot dog or chicken Ate at 6pm, food was last order before closing under heat lamp possibly. Ate 2/3 hot dog, 1 chicken strip, fries, & ice cream. Symptoms started with violent vomiting at 4:30am, followed by diarrhea at 7:30 till 9:30, dry heaving till 11:30am and then nauseated the rest of the day unable to eat. The following night, 2nd person in the house presented with identical symptoms whom only ate the fries and ice cream. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
