The Costco on Mark st in Henderson has a problem with selling rotisserie chickens that are half raw…usually the dark meat. I use to just throw it out but last time I ate the chicken breast, while the thighs were literally raw, I couldn’t even pull it off the bone…that’s how raw it was. I have called and complained but it seems like it’s just getting worse due to how raw and bad the last chicken was.
