I've been following a fasting diet so I know the costco food got me sick. On Sunday 05/01 I consumed eggs for breakfast. All was fine until my girlfriend and I decided to visit here for some essentials and a snack before dinner. I ended up getting a pizza and a cold brew, she had the ice cream. After an hour I began to notice a horrible heart burn. I dealt with it all day and skipped dinner as a result of it. That night I wake up at 11pm with an instant gush of vomit. Shortly after the diarrhea began, and I began to shiver and sweat cold. No nights of sleep due to cramping, and waking up to deal with simultaneous vomit and defecation.
