Me and my girlfriend went to Costco Sunday October 23rd we have bought the already made chicken alfredo pasta for dinner and that same night I had woke up at about 1 in the morning with stomach pain and diarrhea my girlfriend had the same thing at 5 in the morning now all day today I've been feeling sick at work and I know it's from that chicken in the pasta I don't think I will ever buy already made food from Costco anymore I am too scared | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
