Coffee Cake Muffin Illness - Costco, Sioux Falls South Dakota

The only stuff I ate yesterday was from Costco. I ate a slice of pepperoni pizza, a chicken bake, and I came home and ate 2 muffins from Costco - a blueberry and a coffee cake one. I believe it was the coffee cake one that did me in. I ate a coffee cake muffin last after eating the blueberry one. I ate the coffee cake muffin around 5pm, and I started to feel sick around 10pm. I started farting and feeling nauseous. Around 1 or 2 am I threw up — it was the coffeebread muffin I believe. Around 4 am I threw up again. I’ve had chills and nausea since. 11 hours later and I can still hardly move. I’m laying down and sipping water. At first I thought it was the chicken bake (ate it around 3 pm), but what I tasted coming out was the coffeebread muffin. | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills
