3/25 for lunch had Chicken & Wild Rice soup and Suja green juice — both purchased from Costco on 3/24. Became extremely ill 3/25 and weak through 3/27. Not sure which one caused the sickness. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Weakness
