Lasagna Causes Severe Illness - Costco, Poway California

On Friday Nov. 16th 2018 I ate some samples and purchased Kirkland frozen Italian sausage & beef Lasagna and prepared it for dinner in the oven per the directions. Within a few hours after eating dinner, I started vomiting and developed severe diarrhea. Shortly after I experienced a severe headache as well as body aches in every joint, especially around the rib cage.
