Wagyu Steak Illness Query - Costco, Port Chester New York

We bought Japanese A5 wagyu steak at here which was $100 for 24 ounces-Instead of going out for my birthday I suggested we cook at home and share the one steak. Me and my boys are sick. My youngest had diarrhea within an hour, my other son threw up at 3am and I had less them then and have excruciating stomach pain We cooked it medium as suggested on the internet..outside was totally cooked at high temp, inside was pink.
