Thursday February 12th 2026 A slice of pepperoni pizza from the food court I had been fasting earlier in the morning for a blood draw. After shopping in the store I stopped to get a slice of pizza and drink. The Pizza tasted funny almost like a gasoline or chemical flavor. About 4 hours later, my stomach started hurting. I took an omeprazole, and after another 2 hours I began vomiting, and continued vomiting for the next two hours along with diarrhea. By 9:30 p.m., the vomiting stopped but I have had excessive diarrhea for the last 3 days. I have been taking Pepto-Bismol, bentil for stomach cramping, and staying well hydrated with sugar-free ginger ale, and body armor light, and water. I am hoping this goes away by tomorrow. I Am a home health care worker and I will need to be back to work with my client tomorrow. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other, Gas, Nausea, Stomach Pain
