My fiancé started having chills, fever, excessive vomiting and diarrhea. He got very dehydrated within 24 hours that required medical attention and IV. He could not even walk. He has headache and dizziness 7 days later. There were cases of salmonella and E-coli confirmed by other resort guests upon the return to the US. Some guests were hospitalised. We had to postpone the return to the US as he was not in a condition to fly. Paid a lot to change the airline tickets. We arrived at the place on May 14 and the symptoms started on early Monday morning, May 16. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Headache, Dizziness, Chills, Dehydration
