Had dinner at the listed restaurant at 8 pm, 6/6/2021.Maple bacon grilled chicken with mashed potatoes and brown gravy and steamed broccoli.
At 11 pm experienced diarrhea which continued through the night and during the day on 6/7.
At 2 am and 4 am experienced nausea and violent vomiting. Had chills and a slight fever on 6/7. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other, Fever, Chills
