I had the turkey and dressing with gravy, mashed potatoes and green beans. I noticed after lifting up the gravy it looked like the meal was from someone else plate. I ate about half before I noticed and that evening n/v started and uncontrollable. Had to miss my work day the next day and today is Saturday and s/s continue. I'm am a nurse myself but saw a nurse practitioner and results were food contamination | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
