Wife and I had breakfast at Cracker Barrel 11am 2/13/18. I had meat loaf and mashed potatoes special. She had Old tymer, grits, sour dough toast, and bacon. About 4 hours later, out of the blue, wife had a 101 fever, Vomiting, diareah, extreme joint pain, shortness of breath, head ache, duke medical emergency room 18 hours. They did flu test which was negative, cat scan head and stomach, X-ray, checked gall bladder, stomach, ultrasound. There diagnosis was infection caused from food poisoning. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Joint Pain
