Additional information: unsure mostly since i barely eat. went out to breakfast for steak and eggs, everything was fully cooked visually, but come afternoon/evening, i suddenly was constantly burping and having diahrea to the point where the diahrea turned clear. unsure if its E.Coli or not
Update: After 4.5 hours I have just now vomited...pretty hard at that. My stomach feels loads better now.
Update: The next day was just a huge headache and super heavy eyes but today I feel fine other than the occasional diahrea. I contacted the diner they said it's odd cuz they follow all procedures but they'd investigate. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Chills, Headache, Burping
