Not sure, it has maple syrup. And cinnamon in it with a little mik. I was having morning coffee. I used carnation instant milk powder plus silk coconut cream for coffee. Then warmed up left over cream of wheat, adding maple syrup and cinnamon. I washed dishes, soaked a family members foot in detol. Microwaved coffee a couple times. Took gaviscon and threw it up. I may??? Of accidently poisoned myself dish cleaner? Detol was on my hands I cleaned with it. No idea? Increased phelm! Nausea.After eating cream of wheat, it was on the stove for two days.
10/11 update: Had diahrea later in the day. Still sore stomach. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Soreness
