Instructed manager proper water temperature at all hand washing sinks must be at 100. 0f or higher. Proper water temperature at 3-compartment sink must be at 110. 0f or higher to properly wash, rinse and sanitize equipment and utensils. Priority violation. 7-38-030(c). Citation issued.
