On 6/9/24, While traveling on business, I stopped at this location before checking into my hotel right down the road. I ordered a Single Deluxe combo. I only ante anbout have ans the lettuce had a weird taste. About 6 hours later I had severe diarrhea, vomiting, and Nausea. I’ve had these symptoms ever since. I went to my local ER in Racine Wisconsin and have been diagnosed with food poisoning. If you’d like a copy of the receipt, please call me. I’d like to know if I can get my medical expenses reimbursed for this lack of control regarding their food safety practices. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
