Ate a Patty melt and fries with a Dr Pepper for lunch on, 10/23/2024. By dinner time I had diarrhea several times before bed, woke up 6 times in the night vomiting and diarrhea. Also a severe headache. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache
