Additional information: Every time i eat at Culver's I experience these same symptoms. Starts with stomach tightening on my right side, followed by throbbing headache, then nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. Why? No other place does this. Is it the butter burger? Ate about 12pm Symptoms started about 4pm It's 1030pm now and curled up bathing in pain. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain, Headache
