Happened may 12 around 12 noon CST. Ordered culvers bacon single basket came with fries and coke at drive thru. The only other thing I ate on May 12 was jolly ranchers and coke. I started seeing weird flashing in my eyes around 2:30pm CST time and by the time I got home 5:30 pm I had a bad headache and was bedridden. Almost could not drive myself home. Started vomitting about 6:30 nothing came out. Had hot and cold spells for the next three hours laying in the same position to keep my headache from being painful and eventually vomitted severely around 9:30 pm . Was exhausted physically and slept all night. Still all day today my stomach was quezy. Something was in that food. First time for me. It was awful.
