I ate a turtle sundae in the late afternoon. About 2 hours later, I started to feel nauseous and thought I was having an anxiety attack so I took anti-nausea medicine. I could stand sounds and smells. I got in the shower and started feel like diarrhea but quickly vomited and I had to get out dripping wet because I had diarrhea and vomiting at the same time. I live alone and have been in my house for days with no contact. I cook my own fresh meals so the only culprit is the sundae from that place. At the bottom there were chunks of ice in the ice cream. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
