I went to Culver's in Newton, Iowa roughly nine to ten months ago and ordered a mushroom swiss burger for dinner. With a few hours I was uncomfortable, and around 10 to 11 pm felt cramps that intensified and became excruciating in a couple of hours. The vomiting started, and I had vomiting, cramps, and diarrhea for three days. The long-term effects have been permanent damage to my body with cramps, gas, and diarrhea occurring on and off since. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Gas
