My 10yr old son had a kid’s meal, plain hamburger and fries, got extremely sick. Multiple episodes of vomiting and very bad diarrhea 3 times. He was so sick and tired from it, he collapsed a few times walking from hotel room bathroom. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
