My 10yr old son had a kid’s meal, plain hamburger and fries, got extremely sick. Multiple episodes of vomiting and very bad diarrhea 3 times. He was so sick and tired from it, he collapsed a few times walking from hotel room bathroom.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

I ate a Cobb Salad, I immediately started feeling dizzy when eating the salad. I went to the restroom in the restaurant. I then was okay for about an hour. When I got home the room was spinning and I threw up three times. I had diarrhea… See more
