- comments: 5-501. 15 observed the outside dumpster ground area not maintained with garbage on the ground around the outside dumpsters. Instructed to clean and maintain at all times. Priority foundation. Citation issued 7-38-020(b).

- comments: 6-501. 114 observed clutter and crates stored on the floor behind the front customer service counter. Instructed to organize, remove unecessary clutter and store all items at least 6 inches from the ground.
