Additional information: Symtoms started between 1-2 hours of eating chili cheese hot dog. Chili cheese dog oninion rings fries, at 5:30 on way to Providence basket ball, about an later headache, nausea, got home chills, fever vomit once an hour all night starting at 12, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, every hour. Feel very tired and week | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain, Chills, Headache, Weakness, Fatigue
