BBQ Illness: Severe Symptoms - Danny's Bar-B-Que, Cary North Carolina

We had a party of 7 eat at Danny's on Saturday 7/14/2018 around 6:00 PM. AFter about 4 hours I and my daughter experienced sever stomach pain. It felt like we had been kicked in our stomach. We wer running a fever and also had aches and pains throughout our body. Sunday evenng we still have stomach pain. I never felt so sick after eating a meal. 2 other of our party had sysmptoms but not as bad as ours. We had the pulled pork, collards and potatoe salad. The other people had brisket. Was not able to burp or pass gas. Felt like I was blown up with a tire pump along with all the other symptoms. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Gas, Stomach Pain, Burping
