Me and my boyfriend bought Del Taco before going to Kaiser Permanente West LA. He bought me deluxe nachos with just the meat and cheese & bought himself a regular quesadilla and a spicy jack quesadilla. Immediately after eating I had significant stomach pains, thinking it was just because I hadn't ate beforebefore then I let it go until I vomited once I got home. About two hours later he started vomiting & had stomach pain as well. We both had diarrhea for two days. We went there Tuesday, August 25th. Please be careful of what you eat and where you get it from. Making a doctors appointment soon due to constant nausea and stomach pains | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
