Closure Date: 10-01-2020Cockroach infestation, wastewater backup. The inspector visited in response to two complaints and saw numerous live roaches under the steam table, as well as inside the unit and its drain lines. Additionally, the floor sink at the cook line wasn’t draining and the sink was overflowing with stagnant water. In other violations, the inspector noted mold on the ice machine deflector plate and said to clean the entire facility. The restaurant was also closed for a day in January 2019 because of clogged floor sinks.
