I went to Del Taco to get my usual breakfast taco but decided to get a Beyond one instead. It was on Tuesday May 21st at around 7 in the morning. By midnight that night I was profusely vomiting and extremely sick. I ended up in the emergency room and fainted at home due to dehydration. I went back on Friday the first or second of June and told the manager what happened. She and I are on a friendly basis. She felt horrible | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration
