on Sept 28 I went thru the drive thru and ordered 4 Del Taco's and ate 3. The other was not eaten. 5 hours later I was vomiting and had diarrhea for the rest of the night. The next day I was dehydrated, weak and understandably lacking any appetite but the nausea and diarrhea taped off. I think it was the ground beef that was tainted bad. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration, Weakness
