February 13, 2017 I ordered three Ranch Chicken Rollers and fries. At around 8:00 that evening I started feeling nauseous and threw up an hour later. Started experiencing diarrhea shortly after, followed by more vomiting until I began to throw up blood. I went to the emergency room at about 2 in the morning and was placed on an iv drip and was diagnosed with food poisoning. I spent the next day and a half unable to keep any solid food down. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
