Salmonella from Frozen Macaroni - Tesco, England

3-4 July , Frozen microwave Macaroni  Myself and 1 of my Twins ate the Macaroni and we were both having sickness and diarrhoea.
We had 100% sickness and diarrhoea low temperature.
The other Twin refused to eat it and he had zero symptoms.

07/06 update: Doctors appointment and self care. My Baby boy still has sickness and diarrhoea. Sickness Diarrhoea Low Temperature. Doctors requested that my son does a stool test.

07/14 update: Doctor confirmed Salmonella | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fever
