I normally need to use the bathroom frequently so I didn’t eat from 12h before my flight to counter this.

On the flight I was offered one single veggie sandwich and it tasted bad.

We landed and by the time I had gotten to TSA I had nearly pooped myself and before I got the chance to collect my suitcase I was feeling to vomit.

It only got worse from there onwards.. Veggie sandwich on the plane (said to be the only thing available) | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
