Veggie Omelet Causes Illness - Denny's, Plano Texas

Arrived around 445pm Sunday 9/24/17. Seated behind cash register. Served luke warm coffee, no water. 2 orders mine was a veggie omelet, English muffins, and hash browns. The other order was scrambled eggs w/cheese lumberjack. We asked to get hot coffee after receiving a cold coffee refill. Before I even left the building I had to run to the bathroom. Later that night, I had chills, fever, nausea, threw up, and couldn't sleep. Two days later still a little nauseated. My friend did go to doctor and was told it was good poisoning. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills
