Philly Omelette Causes Diarrhea - Denny's, Fairview Tennessee

We stopped there for breakfast. I had the Philly Cheese Steak Omelette with Hashbrowns and Wheat Toast. Food tasted alright, but only a few hours later, I had a bout of Explosive Diarrhea. At first, I figured it was something I had eaten the day before. Everything was fine until I got hungry later in the day and ate the half Omelette I had and piece of toast I had in the to-go box. Again, about 3-4 hours later, I had the same reaction: Explosive Diarrhea. Nothing seemed off about the taste of the food, but we did note that there was something floating in our drink cups, but that issue seemed to be sorted out. I saw some things that make me question the safety of that location's kitchen. I highly recommend a health do a surprise inspection at this location. It is a part of the Flying J truck stop. | Symptoms: Diarrhea
