I ate a salad, salmon, and rice last night. Soon after I began to feel very weak and my tummy began to churn. Horrible hot flashes and chills, diarrhea and nausea through the night. Now having severe cramping and feeling like throwing up any minute. I did remove pieces of brown lettuce from the salad.
