- comments: observed the following hansdsinks without hot running water during time of inspection. . . They are as follows. . . Handsink located in service line in cafeteria (56f), 1st floor boys/girls/faculty toilet rooms across from lunchroom 52f-68f, both handsinks located inside pre-k room 103 (54. 8f-59f), boys/girls/faculty toilet rooms 2nd floor between 61f-70f. Instructed to provide and maintain hot water at least 100f and maintain at all times. Priority violation. 7-38-030 (c). No citation issued.
38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: observed approximately 50 small rodent droppings scattered on the floor throughout the dishroom/dolphin store as well as in the storage room connected to the seating area of the cafeteria. Instructed to remove, clean, and sanitize said areas. Must eliminate activity on premise. Priority foundation violation. #7-38-020 (a). No citation issued.

- comments: observed items stored on floors throughout dishroom/dolphin store. Instructed to provide adequate shelving and elevate all stored items at least 6 inches off the floor to prevent pest harborage.
