On March 29th, later afternoon, I ordered a bowl with farro, sweet potato, broccoli, and charred chicken, along with a side Caesar salad. This was the only meal I had eaten all day.

A few hours after consuming the meal, I began experiencing severe diarrhea, vomiting, and stomach cramps, which have persisted and significantly affected my well-being. Given the timing and severity of my symptoms, I believe the food I received may have been contaminated.
