Mac n Cheese Illness - Dig Inn, New York New York

Ate a tofu grains bowl with cauliflower veg and Mac n cheese side. Felt fine thigh the tofu was hard as a rock until I ate the Mac and cheese. I had a very sudden and violent episode of food poisoning soon after eating the mac. All of a sudden I felt my self nauseous and really unwell and sat down to take my blood pressure which shot up, became I became very dizzy, the room was spinning, double vision, had to hold onto the walls to reach my bathroom and began continuously vomiting and diarrhea at the same time. I started sweating profusely and became clammy and my face became pale as a ghost. It was honestly the worst case of food poisoning I have had in my life and I thought I was going to pass out in my home several times. It was very frightening and never having Dig In again. Poor food handling as this was beyond anything ever experienced. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Sweating, Dizziness
