Fish Combo Causes Illness - Dixie Queen, Memphis Tennessee

1 year ago reported by user-tjjm4972 business

Dixie Queen, Airways Boulevard, Memphis, TN, USA

2391 Airways Boulevard, Memphis, 38114 Tennessee, United States

On December 16, 2024 at or around 4:40 pm I ordered a 2 piece fish combo with seasoned fries and a drink. I live behind the restaurant so I went directly to the house to eat. I ate all of the cup of coleslaw that comes with the meal and half of the fries and drank half of the slush. I also ate half of one of the pieces of fish. I didn’t finish the meal due to me having to clock back into work. Not long after eating I began having stomach cramps and then began to sweat. After the sweats I got chills and began violently vomiting and diarrhea at the same time. I have endured this for the past 3 days. I’m getting better but still have symptoms. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills, Headache, Cramps, Sweating
