- comments: observed evidence of appx. 20 or more mice droppings in 2years old room- on shelving unit,on floor behind library book case & housekeeping. Toddlers room-on floor in between riding toys. Infants room-on floor in between bed & cots. Must remove droppings clean and sanitize areas. Recommended to have a pest control operator to service premises on or after 3/13/24. (priority foundation 7-38-020(a)(citation issued)

- comments: must clean dust and debris build up on all shelving units in all class rooms.

- comments: must repair or replace small toilet in poor repair in kids toilet room,leaky faucet handles at 3- compartment sink.
